I have been a journalist for five years. Starting with publications and freelance, my main focus was music, fashion and the arts. I have since made my way into human interest and social relations. Being an Illinois State University alum, I am taking the time to create my own legacy through writing. I represent what & who I'm covering to the fullest (you can check out Conversationalists if you don't believe me). As a young journalist, I strive to bake the truth into whatever I am working on. Whether it's interviews, writing, or art, I want my audience to bring home a nugget of knowledge with whatever I put out there. As I continue to grow, I am determined to help build a connected, inclusive world through my writing.
